Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of young doctors' civil responsibilities in health services on patients in hospitals. In maintaining and improving the quality of health, apart from each individual, health can also be maintained and improved through the intervention of health workers, in this case by doctors, dentists, nurses, midwives, and so on. This research method uses a normative juridical approach which aims to examine aspects of the legal responsibility that young doctors have in providing health services to patients in hospitals. This research is descriptive analytical, which means it aims to describe systematically, factually and accurately the phenomenon of civil responsibility of young doctors. The civil responsibility of young doctors in health services in hospitals is an important aspect that includes legal, moral and professional obligations to maintain patient safety and satisfaction. Young doctors, even though they are still in the early stages of their careers, have the same responsibility to provide medical services in accordance with professional standards and applicable laws.
