Abstract

Pegawai rumah sakit memiliki tingkat kerentanan yang tinggi terhadap paparan virus Covid-19. Walaupun protokol kesehatan digiatkan dan kegiatan pembatasan aktivitas diberlakukan, namun masih didapatkan beberapa pegawai rumah sakit terpapar Covid-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari risiko dan korelasi positif paparan Covid-19 diantara pegawai dari beberapa variabel di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah X pada tahun 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang merupakan hasil SA rumah sakit pada periode 7-9 Januari 2022 dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 408. Hasilnya adalah terdapat 2 risiko yang tinggi dan positif diantara variabel yang diteliti, yaitu perilaku berkerumun dan berkumpul dengan keluarga. Hasil korelasi secara berturut-turut yaitu 0.630 dan 0.601. Dengan demikian, pegawai rumah sakit di RSUD X memiliki risiko tinggi terpapar Covid-19 dengan perilaku berkerumun di ruang publik dan melakukan kumpul dengan keluarga. Sehingga, pihak RS diperlukan untuk meningkatkan pelacakan kontak dan selalu mengedukasi pegawai rumah sakit untuk menerapkan protokol kesehatan dimanapun berada.
