PENERAPAN ACCEPTANCE AND COMMITMENT THERAPY TERHADAP HALUSINASI PENDENGARAN PADA PASIEN MAJOR DEPRESSIVE DISORDER: A CASE REPORT

Abstract

Halusinasi adalah salah satu gejala umum yang sering muncul pada pasien yang mengalami gangguan psikotik termasuk gangguan depresi mayor. Halusinasi yang tidak ditangani dengan tepat dapat mengakibatkan kehilangan kendali diri serta permasalahan lain akibat perintah dari halusinasi sehingga mendorong pasien untuk melakukan tindakan-tindakan negatif. Salah satu pendekatan psikoterapi yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengontrol halusinasi adalah Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ACT terhadap halusinasi pendengaran pada pasien Major Depressive Dissorder. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan bentuk case report yang dilakukan dengan melibatkan penerapan ACT dalam 4 sesi sebanyak 4 kali pertemuan selama 4 hari dengan durasi antara 15-30 menit setiap sesinya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa frekuensi serta intensitas halusinasi berkurang dari yang sebelumnya halusinasi muncul sebanyak 10 kali dengan durasi 10-15 menit menjadi 1 kali sehari pada saat malam hari dengan durasi 5 menit atau tidak muncul sama sekali. Selain itu, pasien mampu menerima dan mengontrol halusinasi yang selalu menyalahkan diri sehingga pasien tidak selalu mempersepsikan dirimya sebagai seseorang yang sangat bersalah. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu ACT memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dalam mengontrol halusinasi pendengaran. Diharapkan perawat dapat mengimplementasikan terapi ACT secara lebih optimal sehingga pasien bisa mengelola pengalaman halusinasinya dengan lebih baik
