Studi Literatur Hubungan Antara Pendidikan Profesi dengan Program Sertifikasi dalam Mempersiapkan Guru Berkualitas

Professional education is an educational program designed to prepare individuals to have the skills, knowledge and attitudes required to carry out a particular profession. Professional education also often involves aspects of lifelong learning, where professionals are expected to continuously update their skills and knowledge in line with developments in their field. As such, professional education plays an important role in equipping individuals with the practical and theoretical skills necessary to succeed in their careers. A certification program is a formal process designed to evaluate and recognize an individual's competence, skills and knowledge in a particular field. A qualified teacher is an educator who possesses the competencies, skills and attitudes necessary to provide effective education and facilitate student learning. Overall, the certification program serves to improve the professionalism and quality of the workforce in various fields, as well as provide confidence to employers and the public regarding the competence of certified individuals. The type of research used is library research, where various literature sources are analyzed to find empirical evidence related to the use of this method. The results showed that the relationship between Professional Education and the Teacher Certification Program is very important. This is because teachers who have received certification mean that they have teaching qualifications as described in the certificate. This proves that the certification program is closely related to the formation of qualified teachers.
