Studi Komparasi Kurikulum 2013 dan Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar Terhadap Perkembangan Pendidikan di Sekolah Dasar Kecamatan Biau Kabupaten Buol

This research is motivated by the development of education which is inseparable from the implementation of the curriculum in educational units. This study aims to compare the 2013 Curriculum and the Independent Learning Curriculum on the Development of Education in Elementary Schools in Biau District, Buol Regency. The research method used is quantitative with a comparative study approach. Data were collected through a questionnaire instrument distributed to teachers in 4 elementary schools in Biau District. Data analysis was carried out using the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks test, which showed significant differences between the two curricula. The results of the Wilcoxon test showed an Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000 <0.05, which means there is a significant difference between the 2013 Curriculum and the Independent Learning Curriculum. The results of the study show that the Independent Learning Curriculum is effective in the development of education, especially in academic achievement. The implementation of this more flexible and relevant curriculum has created a more holistic and inclusive learning environment, having a positive impact on the development of education.
