The aim of this research is to determine the role of the use of electronic medical records on waiting times and their impact on patient satisfaction. In the current digital era, information technology has played a very important role in various sectors, including the health sector. One innovation that has been widely adopted is the use of Electronic Medical Records (RME). The research method used in this journal is a qualitative research method with a case study approach. Quality health services are very important in increasing patient satisfaction. Quality of service is not only determined by medical results, but also by the patient's overall experience during the service process, including waiting time and interactions with medical personnel. The implementation of electronic medical records (RME) has significant potential in reducing waiting times and increasing service efficiency, which in turn has a positive impact on patient satisfaction. Therefore, hospitals need to continue to innovate and improve their service systems in order to meet patient expectations and achieve established quality standards.
