Implementation is one of the learning solutions that can be implemented to answer the diverse needs of students. Learning in schools is learning that begins with a diagnostic assessment to map the characteristics of students. This study aims to determine how the Descriptive Study of the Role of Special Educator Teachers in the Implementation of the Inclusion Program at "SDN BATU CEPER 1 KOTA TANGERANG". This study uses a qualitative research approach that will produce data. The research approach produces descriptive data by trying to reveal a study of the analysis of the descriptive study of the role of special educator teachers in the implementation of the inclusion program at SDN Batu Ceper 1 Kota Tangerang. The following is a description that has been excerpted from the results of research that has been conducted by the author. Teachers play an important role as educators by actively discussing and solving problems in learning. By using game-based mathematics learning media, such as baskets for counting balls, teachers can guide students more effectively. When students experience difficulties, teachers immediately teach and provide the necessary support and general conclusions The inclusion program requires improvement in several aspects, including recording assessments, understanding PPI, and implementing remedial and enrichment programs. Although creative learning media are used well, there needs to be improvement in terms of the preparation and implementation of assessments and understanding of individual learning programs for special students.
