Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of principal supervision, positive discipline and teacher work motivation on elementary school quality. This research was conducted in public elementary schools spread across Todanan District, Blora Regency with a total of 45 elementary schools totaling a sample of 188 people. This research is a type of quantitative research with a research design that uses an expost-facto research design. Included in this research is the number of state school teachers consisting of 188 teachers. The data collection technique used a survey. The data analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive analysis techniques and multiple regression. The results of the research state that (1) there is a significant influence between state school supervision on school quality; (2) there is a significant influence on the positive discipline they think has on the quality of public elementary schools; and (3) there is a significant influence between work motivation on the quality of state elementary schools.
