Penerapan Manajemen Kelas dalam Meningkatkan Minat Belajar Siswa di Kelas

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of classroom management to increase students' interest in learning. The method used in this research is literature study research method. The results concluded that before teaching, teachers must develop a classroom management plan and implement it using classroom management principles and approaches. At the same time, classroom management is continuously monitored, taking into account factors and obstacles. Specifically: 1) Classroom management planning should be done by making a plan before entering the classroom; 2) The purpose of implementing classroom management is to create a good relationship with the school community by applying warmth and enthusiasm, challenge, flexibility, appreciation, emphasis on positive aspects and discipline; 3) Supporting and inhibiting factors significantly affect teachers' classroom management.
