KARAKTERISTIK PASIEN COVID-19 DENGAN SINDROM KORONER AKUT DI RSUP DR. M. DJAMIL PADANG

Abstract

Pasien terinfeksi coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) memiliki peningkatan risiko terjadinya sindrom koroner akut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kejadian dan karakteristik klinis pasien yang dirawat dengan infeksi COVID-19 disertai Sindrom Koroner Akut (SKA) di RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang.Penelitian deskriptif retrospektif ini dilakukan di Instalasi Rekam Medis dan Instalasi Rawat Inap RSUP. Dr. M. Djamil Padang dengan mengambil kasus SKA terkonfirmasi COVID-19 dari tahun 2020-2021. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik total sampling pada 60 orang. Penelitian ini diolah secara komputerisasi dalam bentuk tabel distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 29 orang (48.3%) mengalami infark miokard akut dengan elevasi segmen ST (IMA-EST), 21 orang (34.9%) berusia 55-64 tahun, dan 44 orang (73.3%) berjenis kelamin laki-laki. Faktor risiko terbanyak adalah hipertensi dan riwayat merokok sebanyak 36 orang (60%), serta 49 orang (81.7%) mengalami nyeri dada. Berdasarkan hasil laboratorium, didapatkan kenaikan rata-rata leukosit, neutrofil, troponin, D-dimer, dan marker inflamasi. Penemuan angiografi terbanyak adalah CAD 1 VD sebanyak 12 orang (36.4%). Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah sebagian besar pasien COVID-19 disertai SKA merupakan kelompok usia 55-64 tahun, berjenis kelamin laki-laki, memiliki komorbid hipertensi dan riwayat merokok, memiliki manifestasi nyeri dada, mengalami peningkatan marker inflamasi, serta adanya single vessel disease pada angiografi koroner
