Abstract

Kinerja sebagai hal yang fundamental bagi produktivitas perusahaan dengan terciptanya workforce agility pada karyawan. Beberapa penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan untuk menguji korelasi antara workforce agility dengan kinerja menunjukkan signifikansi yang beragam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji konsistensi hubungan antara worforce agility dengan kinerja di Indonesia. Metode meta-analisis yang dilakukan pada 6 studi primer dengan mencantumkan informasi statistic nilai r dan N yang dipublikasikan di Indonesia dari tahun 2019-2024. Hasil menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif antara workforce agility dengan kinerja karyawan di Indonesia
