Abstract

The digital era brings big changes in various aspects of life, including education. People are required to keep learning and adapting to the rapid development of technology. Therefore, building a community of learners is a vital necessity. Lifelong learning (PSH) is the key to building a society of learners. It provides opportunities for individuals to continue learning and developing their skills throughout life. It can be done through various means, such as formal, informal and non-formal education. This research discusses the important role of PSH in building a society of learners in the digital era. The researcher reviewed various literature and research related to PSH and the digital era. The results show that PSH has an important role in building a society of learners in the digital era. PSH can help individuals to: Improve the knowledge and skills needed to work and live in the digital era, Adapt to rapid technological changes, Become independent and lifelong learners, Actvely participate in society
