Abstract

Skizofrenia adalah jenis psikosis yang menduduki peringkat tinggi di antara semua gangguan jiwa. Halusinasi pendengaran paling sering terjadi pada pasien dengan gangguan psikotik primer, dengan tingkat prevalensi seumur hidup 60-80% pada gangguan spektrum skizofrenia. Tujuan: Untuk memberikan data dan fakta terkait penanganan masalah keperawatan yang muncul akibat halusinasi. Penelitian ini menjelaskan asuhan keperawatan dengan halusinasi pendengaran.Metode: Menggunakan case study secara deskriptif. Penelitian menggunakan satu sampel pasien di RSJ Provinsi Jawa Barat yang mengalami halusinasi pendengaran. Pengkajian serta penelitian ini merupakan bentuk desain study case (studi kasus) dengan penatalaksanaan asuhan keperawatan. Penatalaksanaan keperawatan ini dari pengkajian, dilanjutkan dengan diagnosa keperawatan, lalu merencanakan intervensi yang akan dijalankan, hingga memastikan seluruh pengkajian dengan cara di evaluasi. Hasil: Penelitian menunjukkan adanya tanda-tanda halusinasi yang signifikan, seperti bicara kacau, tidak fokus saat diajak berkomunikasi, menutup telinga, ketakuatan, serta mondar-mandir hingga bersembunyi di kolong tempat tidur. Setelah dilakukan penatalaksanaan halusinasi selama empat hari, pasien tampak dapat mengontrol halusinasinya, sehingga dapat disimpulkan masalah halusinasinya teratasi. Kesimpulan: Pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan yang telah dilakukan perawat harus melaksanakan pedoman Strategi Pelaksanaan berdasarkan kasus yang ditemukan untuk memudahkan proses asuhan keperawatan
