Abstract

Globalization, which is closely linked to developments in technology and information, has made the world of education increasingly competitive. The increasingly fluid barriers of space and time, and open access to information provide opportunities for every educational institution to transform. One of the transformation processes in question is to present superior madrasas as educational institutions that can produce a generation with character and competitiveness. Therefore, there is a need for good governance to realize this institution. Becoming an Innovation ensures a necessity for the sustainability of superior madrasas. Therefore, this research aims to explain aspects of superior madrasah management innovation. The literature method with a descriptive qualitative approach is a way to explain the management innovation in question. As a result, management innovation in leading madrasas is the key to improving the quality of education and creating graduates who are ready to face global challenges. By implementing innovation in quality management systems, use of technology, human resource management, curriculum development, and collaboration with external parties, madrasas can create a more effective and highly competitive educational environment.
