Abstract

The strategy for developing guidance and counseling services must consider the local context and unique characteristics of each school. Each educational institution faces different challenges and needs, so situation analysis is an important first step before formulating a strategy. This study explores various guidance service models implemented in other schools as a reference in designing programs at ABC Senior High School. The quantitative descriptive method is used to understand the needs of guidance and counseling services among grade 12 students. This approach aims to describe existing phenomena with numerical data, providing a clear picture of the variables studied without testing certain hypotheses (Handayani, 2020). Based on these findings, the researcher will explain three main aspects identified through graphs, including areas, objectives, service strategies, materials, and evaluation of guidance and counseling programs. Thus, it is hoped that guidance services can meet the specific needs of students, provide a positive impact, and pay attention to aspects of religiosity, emotional maturity, and gender awareness.
