In improving employee performance requires the application of ideas, organizational support and transformational leadership, where the application of ideas is the application or implementation of an idea or idea that has been previously developed into real actions, while organizational support is the interaction of individuals with the organization that specifically studies how the organization treats its employees. The spirit of transformational leadership is a charismatic leader, a leader who creates a vision and an environment that motivates employees to exceed expectations. The purpose of the research is to analyze the application of ideas and organizational support can improve employee performance through transformational leadership. The methodology used is Partial Least Square (PLS) which aims to test the predictive relationship between constructs by observing whether there is an influence or relationship between constructs. The results of the study show that the application of ideas and organizational support affects employee performance through transformational leadership.
