Pengembangan Program Bimbingan Dan Konseling Berdasarkan Hasil Analisis Kebutuhan Peserta Didik Madrasah Aliyah

This research aims to analyze the needs of students in the development of the Guidance and Counseling program. Using a descriptive quantitative method, this study involves all twelfth-grade students through the Student Needs Questionnaire (AKPD). The analysis results of the AKPD indicate that career and learning fields are priority needs. These results highlight the urgency of a guidance and counseling program that is oriented towards the comprehensive needs of students according to their educational level. This research presents guidelines for developing more effective guidance and counseling services that are appropriate for the context within the school environment. These findings are expected to serve as an important reference for guidance and counseling teachers/counselors in developing comprehensive and holistic guidance and counseling programs based on the needs of students, as well as in designing relevant, innovative, and responsive intervention strategies to the challenges faced by students in fulfilling developmental tasks in the four areas of development.
