Analisis Pengembangan Wisata Budaya di Desa Parsaoran Sibisa

Abstract

Parsaoran Sibisa Village is one of the tourist villages located in Ajibata District, Toba Regency, North Sumatra Province. Parsaoran Sibisa Village is one of the villages located in Ajibata District, Toba Regency, North Sumatra Province. The purpose of this study is to analyze the development of cultural tourism and describe it where the author limits it only to the Tomb site followed by the history of the ancestors of the Narasaon clan and identifies the challenges of developing cultural tourism in Parsaoran Sibisa Village. The approach method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method, data collection techniques used in this study are 1) Field observation by conducting direct observations to Parsaoran Sibisa Village, 2) Interviews and 3) Documentation. There are two data used in this study, namely primary and secondary. The results of the research conducted are still limited availability of 3A (Attractions, Amenities and Accessibility) so that assistance from the local government is needed. Parsaoran Sibisa Village has tourism potential based on cultural heritage which can be seen from the Tomb of the ancestors of the Narasaon clan. The story behind the tomb is a potential that can be developed and made into a tourist attraction. However, in developing this potential, there are many challenges, namely the lack of community participation, lack of support from the Regional Government and minimal promotion of this Village.
