The causes of death related to Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) according to WHO are cardiovascular disease and diabetes by 80%, in Indonesia by 37%. Data at the Kabila Health Center shows that the prevalence of Hypertension in the last five years has increased. In 2018 there were 899 people, in 2020 it increased to 1,468 people. The results of the Healthy Indonesia Program with a Family Approach (PIS-PK) data collection in 2020 showed that the percentage of Hypertension sufferers who received health services according to standards reached 28.9%, but there was still a lack of knowledge of health cadres about controlling Hypertension through Educational Media on the Five Family Tasks in the Health Sector. The purpose of Community Service is to improve the knowledge and skills of health cadres and families through training using educational media on the five family tasks in the health sector and the importance of regular blood pressure measurements so that families can improve the quality of life of Hypertension Patients in the Kabila Health Center Work Area. The results of Community Service activities activate partner targets to improve the knowledge and skills of health cadres and families for PTM screening, especially hypertension, screening and early detection of PTM risk factors at productive ages, as mentors and role models for physical activity to 100%. In conclusion, there is an increase in knowledge and skills through training of health cadres and families in controlling blood pressure in hypertension sufferers through education of five family tasks in the health sector in Dutohe Village, Kabila District, Bone Bolango Regency.
