Abstract

This study aims to determine employee responses regarding work motivation, competence and employee performance and to determine the effect of work motivation and competence on employee performance at PT. KOI The Indonesia. The method used in this study is descriptive quantitative and verification. The use of samples in this study was 40 employees using census sampling techniques. The data analysis technique used an ordinal scale that analyzed multiple regression, multiple correlation analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis testing. Employee responses to motivation were very high, competence was good and employee performance was very high. The results showed that work motivation and competence simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. KOI The Indonesia. While partially work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. KOI The Indonesia, and competence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. KOI The Indonesia
