Abstract

A good organization is an organization that has been able to create good performance. To achieve good performance, employees who have high work capacity are needed to anticipate opportunities and challenges in an increasingly competitive business environment. Factors that can influence employee performance include compensation and work climate. The research was motivated by the fact that the targets set by the company had not been achieved, which was thought to be due to the provision of compensation that had not been maximized and that a good work climate had not been created. Based on these problems, this research aims to find out whether there is an influence of compensation and work climate on employee performance in the Dyehouse Department of PT. Coats Rejo Indonesia. both simultaneous and partial influence. The sample selection technique used purposive sampling technique, with a sample size of 57 respondents. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis methods. The research results simultaneously show that compensation and work climate have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, partial test results show that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
