Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai Fungsional Pada Inspektorat Kabupaten Buru Selatan

Abstract

The results showed that the effectiveness of the work of functional employees in (1) Work Quality Indicators in the form of work results, accuracy, neatness and employee attitude. Where the inspectorate office has not been effective, judging from the inadequate condition of employees that affect the quality of work of the employees themselves. In the process of division of work, it seems less directed in carrying out the main duties and functions of each employee; (2) The indicator of the quantity of work has not been maximized, this is due to the shortage of employees, where the auditors are only 8 people, while the workload is large, so that the quantity produced is not maximized plus inadequate office facilities and infrastructure.this also has an impact on the quantity of work produced is still not effective ;(3) Time utilization indicators For office entry time itself is efficient but for work time given by the office to employees to complete work is still fairly ineffective or still lacking, because there are inhibiting factors such as lack of human resources, a lot of workload so that the time given is still lacking.
