Abstract

School effectiveness is basically the context of education implementation, which shows the expected level of performance with quality results and shows the level of compatibility between the results achieved and the expected results. This study uses a quantitative approach with the type of expost facto research. The sample of this study amounted to 100 respondents at the Darul Mustaqim NW Lenek Foundation, Lenek District, East Lombok Regency. The results of the study show that: 1) the visionary leadership of the principal affects the effectiveness of the school. 2) Teacher performance affects school effectiveness.3) School culture affects school effectiveness. 4) the visionary leadership of the principal, teacher performance and school culture affect the effectiveness of the school at Yayasan Darul Mustaqim NW Lenek. The results of data analysis based on the value of the correlation coefficient and determination for each research variable on school effectiveness were obtained 1) The visionary leadership of the principal affects the effectiveness of the school. 2) Teacher performance affects school effectiveness.3) School culture affects school effectiveness. 4) the visionary leadership of the principal, teacher performance and school culture affect the effectiveness of the school at Yayasan Darul Mustaqim NW Lenek. The results of data analysis based on the values of correlation and determination coefficients for each research variable on school effectiveness were obtained by the principal's visionary leadership determination coefficient of 0.361 and 13%, teacher performance of 0.327 and 10.7% and school culture variables of 0.334 and 11.1%. Meanwhile, the results of the determination coefficient values together were obtained at 0.471 and 22.2%.
