PELATIHAN PEMBUATAN SOAL AKM BERBASIS HOTS KEPADA GURU-GURU DI SD IT AZ-ZAHRA KABUPATEN ACEH TENGAH

Abstract

Community service activities in the form of training in the development of question making, especially HOTs-based AKM questions, aim to provide knowledge and skills in the use and selection of questions used by teachers in the learning process. It is hoped that understanding the creation of questions and the teacher's ability to utilize various sources to develop AKM questions can simplify the learning process so that the learning process becomes more effective and interesting. The targets for this PKM activity are teachers from SD IT Az Zahra. The method of this PKM is using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. The steps are community preparation, namely Az-Zahra IT Elementary School teachers, Identifying problems that occur at Az-Zahra IT Elementary School, Problem formulation, Problem organization, Planning action programs, Mobilizing resources, Action and Evaluation. The results of this PKM activity are that there is an increase in teachers' knowledge about HOTs-based AKM questions, teachers are able to know the types of AKM questions, teachers can develop and create HOTs-based AKM questions from each subject.
