HEALTH CADRE EDUCATION ABOUT THEMATIC MESSAGE ABCDE AS AN EFFORTS TO PREVENT AND DETECTE STUNTING IN GAMPONG LANGUNG MEUREBO DISTRICT WEST ACEH REGENCY

Abstract

Community service activities carried out include "Education and Training of Health Cadres on ABCDE Thematics as Stunting Prevention and Detection Efforts". The partner in this activity is Posyandu Gampong Langung, Meurebo District, in the work area of ​​the West Aceh District Health Service and located in the work area of ​​the Meurebo Community Health Center. The target of the activity is Health Cadres in Gampong Langung, Meurebo District. The solution to the problem offered in an effort to increase knowledge in stunting prevention will be direct education and demonstrations about stunting prevention with the ABCDE thematic, making it easier for Health cadres to understand and practice to the community, especially mothers who have toddlers when providing education at the posyandu. The aim of this community service activity is to increase health cadres' knowledge about stunting prevention regarding the ABCDE thematics. The benefit of this community service activity is that health cadres are able to implement ABCDE thematic stunting prevention at posyandu in villages so that they can prevent and detect stunting. The output of community service activities is expected to include articles that can be submitted in National ISSN journals, leaflets and posters and activity videos.
