EDUKASI KESEHATAN MENTAL DALAM MENCIPTAKAN LINGKUNGAN YANG AMAN DAN SEHAT DI LAYANAN PASCA REHABILITASI NARKOTIKA BAGI KLIEN BALAI PEMASYARAKATAN KELAS I MEDAN

Abstract

Mental health is knowledge and actions that aim to develop and utilize all existing potential, talents and traits as fully as possible, so as to bring happiness to oneself and others and avoid mental disorders. Mental health methods that clients can use after environmental rehabilitation , healthy lifestyle, increasing faith, developing positive facilities and activities in the form of productive, constructive and creative activities such as sports, arts, organizational and recreational activities. Post-rehabilitation education is a learning process that aims to prepare and develop individual knowledge, skills and values ​​to instill physical and mental strength in the future environment. Community service activities aim to increase knowledge for clients in recognizing the post-drug rehabilitation environment and establishing teamwork to increase self-confidence. The community service activity was carried out involving 40 participants, which was carried out at the Class I Correctional Center in Medan (North Sumatra) on March 6 2024. This community service activity was in collaboration with the Class I Correctional Center in Medan, North Sumatra and is part of the routine program carried out as part of preparing clients later in the community after narcotics rehabilitation.
