PELATIHAN AUM PTSDL KEPADA CALON KONSELOR DI UNIVERSITAS MUHAMMADIYAH PROF. DR. HAMKA (UHAMKA)

Abstract

Training on AUM PTSDL is provided to prospective counselors at Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof. Dr. Hamka (UHAMKA). The Problem Uncovering Tool PTSDL series (AUM PTSDL) is a counseling method used to identify clients’ primary issues and develop effective action plans, along with providing ongoing support. This training focuses on the practice of filling out the AUM PTSDL, teaching participants to master the techniques of accurate assessment completion and interpretation. The program offers prospective counselors both knowledge and hands-on experience in using the AUM PTSDL, including developing intervention plans, providing additional support, and analyzing assessment data. The goal of this training is to produce skilled counselors ready to apply the AUM PTSDL method in their counseling practice, thereby improving the quality of counseling services at UHAMKA and contributing positively to the community. The positive impact of this training on strengthening the competence of prospective counselors and its role in shaping a high-quality generation of counselors are also highlighted
