Penerapan Aplikasi Program Improvement Bersama Sebagai Upaya Peningkatan Improvement di Divisi Creamer PT Torabika Eka Semesta

Abstract

Program Improvement Bersama is a forum provided by PT Torabika Eka Semesta's Industrial Relationship and General Affairs (IRGA) department to channel ideas or ideas related to innovation that will be made for the company's progress. However, in practice it is not yet effective because they still use traditional methods, employees who submit ideas use a written paper form which is then put into the idea box provided by the IRGA department. The aim of this research is to make it easier for users and administration, making it easier for both of them to share ideas and filter these ideas using applications using the OOAD method and a MySQL database that uses the PHP programming language. With the convenience made, the author hopes to increase employee interest in channeling interesting ideas that will have an impact on the company's progress.
