On some occasions, party dresses are clothes worn to attend party events. A party is a social event intended for celebration or fun. Party dresses have various models, one example is a bustie. Bustie itself is one of the complementary clothes that can shape the body to be slimmer and more upright. The Bustie model displays the shape and curves of a woman's body. The modifications made are quite diverse, one example is modifying a bustie with mute sequin decoration. using the ADDIE method by Dick and Carry (1996) with five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the study showed that evening party dresses are clothes used for parties at night. The results showed that the researcher's more luxurious and glamorous clothing models were combined with smoother and softer material colors.

Program Improvement Bersama is a forum provided by PT Torabika Eka Semesta's Industrial Relationship and General Affairs (IRGA) department to channel ideas or ideas related to innovation that will be made for the company's progress. However, in practice it is not yet effective because they still use traditional methods, employees who submit ideas use a written paper form which is then put into the idea box provided by the IRGA department. The aim of this research is to make it easier for users and administration, making it easier for both of them to share ideas and filter these ideas using applications using the OOAD method and a MySQL database that uses the PHP programming language. With the convenience made, the author hopes to increase employee interest in channeling interesting ideas that will have an impact on the company's progress.

Sapangambei Manoktok Hitei is a philosophy of the Simalungun tribe which means mutual cooperation or working together for a noble cause. This philosophy has been a city slogan in Pematangsiantar for almost 150 years. This paper aims to analyze interfaith community relations on the slogan Sapangambei Manoktok Hitei in Pematangsiantar City, especially to people who have begun to be polarized by ethnicity and religion as a force in the modern era. The pattern of community relations is the basis of the social process, which points to the existence of a dynamic pattern of relationships. Community activities become a reference in the pattern of interfaith relations. This paper uses Blumer's (1969) symbolic interactionism theory approach to see the meaning (which is interpreted by the community regarding symbols, and is complemented by Izak Lattu (2023)) to see the extent to which the interpreted symbol is a living text in society. This paper uses qualitative-descriptive methods with literature study. The results of the paper show that symbols are an effort in establishing interfaith community relations patterns. The imagination of the Sapangambeii Manoktok Hitei symbol that can develop can be used by the community as a preventive imagination in destructive reality.

The sub-district office is one of the government work units that deals directly with the community when providing public serviceDual demands—work demands and family responsibilities—often impact the performance of female employees. e. This study aims to analyze the effect of work-family conflict, emotional intelligence, and job stress on the performance of female civil servants in the South Kuta sub-district office. There were 32 total samples involved in this study. Data collection using questionnaires. We designed the research model with three independent variables and one dependent variablThe data analysis technique employs multiple linear regression analysis, which is facilitated by the SmartPls application. n. HypoThe t-test and the F-test are used for hypothesis testing. results showed that work-family conflict has a negative and significant effect on the performance of female civil servants. Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of female civil servants. Work stress has a negative and significant effect on the performance of female civil servants. Work-family conflict, emotional intelligence, and work stress have a significant effect on the performance of female civil servants in the South Kuta sub-district office. We recommend utilizing the organization's facilities and policies to promote work-family balance and effectively manage emotions.

This study was aimed to determine and analyze the effect of compensation towards work performance at food and beverage department staff of JHL Solitaire Gading Serpong Hotel. This study used quantitative method research, with a total sample of 50 samples. The data(s) was gathered through questionnaires and analyzed by using the SPSS 23 program. The analysis methods were mean score, classic assumption test, hypothetical test (T test), simple regression analysis test, and coefficient of determination test. Through this study, were found that the mean score of variable X (compensation) is 3,60 (good). Meanwhile, the mean score of variabel Y (work performance) is 3,705 (good). After that, the T test of this study is 3,279 (bigger than 1,677). Which means that compensation is proven to have effects on work performance. Equation of the simple regression analysis test is Y = 40,340 + 0,284X, shows that each unit that increases variable X will also increase variable Y for 0,284. Coefficient of determination test result is 0,183 or 18,3%. This means that compensation has a positive effect on work performance for 18,3% and 81,7% respectively by other variables

This research was conducted at XYZ Restaurant to increase sales and minimize the food waste of food ala car’te menu using menu engineering method.. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with data collection methods of documentation, observation, interviews, and literature studies. The analysis method used in this research is triangulation and menu engineering analysis method. The results of menu engineering conducted in this study show that out of a total of 59 menus, there are 14 (23.73%) menus with the Stars classification. There are 20 (33.90%) menus with Plowhorse classification. There are 6 (10.17%) menus with Puzzle classification. There are 19 (32.20%) menus with Dog classification. These results indicate that the performance of the car'te-style food menu at XYZ Restaurant is still less than optimal because the percentage of Dog classification menus is high, which indicates a loss in cost and increases food waste due to the process of decay of food ingredients from the car'te-style food menu that is stored for too long.

Teachers are one of the main driving components of education and the country's future. Therefore, teacher performance is an important thing to pay attention to in efforts to maintain the quality and value of education itself. When teachers have good work quality, the education system can run well and will produce quality school graduates. For this reason, it is very important to always improve the quality and performance of teachers, one of which is through improving teacher work welfare. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of workplace well-being on teacher performance and teaching quality. Based on the findings and analysis carried out, it can be concluded that: 1) Teacher performance increases along with an increase in workplace well-being, as evidenced by the significant average performance at a higher level of workplace well-being. 2) The distribution of performance data is more stable at that level, indicating a more stable and predictable work environment. 3) Statistical analysis confirms the positive relationship between workplace well-being and teacher performance, supported by significant correlation values and hypothesis testing. 4) The coefficient of determination shows that around 24.6% of the variance in teacher performance is explained by workplace well-being, confirming the importance of employee welfare in increasing productivity.

SeaWorld Ancol is a tourist destination that has a complete collection of entertainment and education about the marine world. The following research was conducted with the aim of finding out the influence of layout on the formation of customer experience at the Seaworld Ancol Recreation Park. Quantitative methods are used in the following research, which means that this method is based on accurate data in the form of numbers whose measurements use statistics as a calculation test tool, and are related to previous problems studied in order to reach a conclusion. Therefore, quantitative research with descriptive approach is a method that describes a phenomenon with descriptions in the form of calculation tests and statistical methods. Using quantitative methods will obtain significant relationships between variables. The results of the T test show that the influence of the layout of the SeaWorld Ancol Recreation Park influences the visitor experience. The value obtained is Sig (0.000) < alpha (0.05), therefore h0 is rejected and h1 is accepted so that it can be concluded that the layout has an influence on the formation of customer experience at the park. This research employs quantitative research methods and the following analyses: Validity Test, Reliability Test, Descriptive Statistical Mean Test, Classical Assumption Test, Normality Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Pearson Correlation Test, Simple Regression Test, T-test, Determination Coefficient Test, and is processed using SPSS 27. This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and motivation on work loyalty at Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung. Through a quantitative approach, research data was collected to identify the relationship between the leadership style applied in hotels and the level of employee motivation and their level of work loyalty. Statistical analysis methods are used to interpret findings and measure the impact of independent variables on dependent variables and used SPSS. Based on the results of the T test, it can be seen that the sig value is 0.001 < 0.05 for the two research independent variables, so H0 is rejected and it can be concluded that leadership style has an effect on work loyalty and work motivation has an effect on work loyalty. The results of the multiple regression equation are as follows Y = -113.778 + 0.647 X1 + 0.638 X2. The Adjusted R Square coefficient value is 0.846 or 84.6% and it can be concluded that the influence of the leadership style and work motivation variables on work loyalty is 84.6% and the remaining 15.4% is influenced by other factors not examined by researchers.

This research has a problem formulation analyzing the relationship between the Halal Label and Purchase Interest in Petak Enam area West Jakarta. Likewise, to find out the influence of the Halal Label on Purchase Interest in food and beverage products in Petak Enam area West Jakarta. This research was conducted using a quantitative method by distributed questionnaires via Google Form which were distributed to 100 respondents who had visited or were currently visiting Petak Enam area West Jakarta. The result of this study can be seen that (1) Halal Label has a significant Influence on Purchase Interest at Petak Enam area West Jakarta. This can be proven from the result of the T test Count > T_Tableof 3.935 > 1.290 (2) from the simple linear regression value the significance value of 0.001< 0.05 (3) form R Square has a value 0.579 states the effect of the variable 57.9% and 42.1% is influenced by other variables that are not examined.

Glodok Chinatown Area, West Jakarta is the largest and oldest Chinatown in Indonesia. The purpose of this research was to find out how much influence the role of Koko Cici Jakarta branding has on interest in visiting the Glodok Chinatown Area, West Jakarta. This research was conducted using a quantitative method with a questionnaire method distributed via Google Form using a selected sample of 100 respondents who had visited the Glodok Chinatown Area with the following analysis: simple regression analysis, classical assumption test, hypothesis test via T test and coefficient of determination test, and processed using SPSS. The results from this research used the SPSS program. The results on this research show that: (1) branding has a significant influence on interest in visiting the Glodok Chinatown Area, West Jakarta. Thus can be profen from the test results of Tciunt > Ttable of 20,772 > 1,290. (2) From the simple linear regression value, the significance value of 0.00 is less than 0.05. (3) of R Square .815, stating that the influence of the variable is 81.5% and 18.5% is influenced by other variables that were not examined.

Meeting the community's expectations for protection and order is a challenge for the institution, particularly the Satpol PP in carrying out its primary duties and functions. where it needs to be supported by optimal-quality resources, an operational budget, and adequate Satpol PP infrastructure. Human resources, operational budgets, and apparatus infrastructure all have shortcomings, particularly in terms of skills and managerial capabilities. This study aims to analyze the effect of role conflict, emotional intelligence, and communication on the performance of civil service police officers in the Province of Bali. Using the random sample method, there are 55 samples. Data collection using a questionnaire The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression tests using the Smart PLS 3.0 application. Test the hypothesis using the t test and the F test. The results show that the role conflict variable has a negative and significant effect on the performance of Civil Service Police Unit employees, so the proposed hypothesis is proven. This means that the lower the occurrence of role conflict among employees, the higher the employee performance. The variable of emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Civil Service Police Unit employees, so the hypothesis proposed is proven. This means that the higher the emotional intelligence, the higher the employee's performance. Customer Relationship Management adalah metode bisnis yang fokusnya berada dalam pengelolaan hubungan perusahaan terhadap pelanggannya. Tujuan pada penelitian ini ialah memperoleh informasi mengenai bagaimana menerapkan metode Customer Relationship Management yang dilakukan oleh Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta dapat mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan klien. Pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dipilih sebagai jenis metode penelitian dengan teknik pengumpulan data dilaksanakan melalui penyebaran angket, observasi serta dokumentasi langsung pada objek penelitian. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 dengan kriteria pernah berkunjung ke Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta minimal satu kali. Pengujian regresi linier sederhana menggunakan aplikasi olah data SPSS versi 26 untuk memvalidasi hipotesis penelitian. Dengan hasil penelitian yaitu diperoleh hasil bahwasanya CRM mempunyaii pengaruh sebesar 36,8%terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan.

In the 5.0 era, Indonesia has implemented a New Student Admissions (PPDB) system with a zoning policy that selects students based on distance from home as an effort to equalize the quality of education. However, this zoning policy causes many problems, such as fraudulent Family Card falsification to manipulate the distance from home to school, as well as negative impacts felt by the school so that the school cannot control the quality of its prospective students. Students' grades, obedience and fighting power were felt to have decreased compared to students from the year before the zoning policy was introduced. This is a fundamental educational problem. In this research, a combination of decision support system (DSS) algorithms is proposed with the aim of overcoming the problem of student selection which is not only seen from distance to home but also suitability to school criteria, as well as minimizing possible cheating. The algorithm is a combination of the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Profile Matching which finds which prospective students match the school's criteria. The criteria are distance, grades, age and achievements which determine the final grade of each prospective student using the Profile Matching. Each of these criteria is determined from the sub-criteria which are given weights in the SAW accordance with school regulations. The population in this study came from the rock bike, mountain bike and folding bike communities in Makassar in 2021 with a total population of 90 people. The sample in this study were all members in the community. The number of samples in this study was 90 people with a sampling technique, namely total sampling. The dependent variable in this study is the level of popularity of bicycles. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. After the data is collected, data analysis is carried out. The type of data analysis in this study is descriptive data analysis.

The Population and Civil Registration Service (Dukcapil) of Badung Regency faces challenges in optimizing the implementation of the National Public Complaint Management and Service System (SP4N Report!). Although this system has been implemented, there are several areas that need to be improved to increase its effectiveness and impact on the community. This research aims to provide recommendations to Dukcapil Badung Regency and the community as users of SP4N Report! so that this system can run more effectively. Recommendations for Dukcapil Badung Regency include improving the capacity and competence of officers, strengthening technological infrastructure, optimizing system integration, and increasing socialization and community accessibility. Meanwhile, recommendations for the community as users include actively utilizing the system, providing constructive feedback, increasing awareness in the community, and participating in system development. Implementation of these recommendations is expected to help Dukcapil Badung Regency improve the effectiveness of SP4N Report! implementation and provide more responsive and beneficial complaint services to the community. We expect close collaboration between Dukcapil and the community to foster system development that is increasingly responsive to the community's needs and expectations.

Improving the quality of human resources (HR) of civil servants (ASN) is key to achieving a clean, professional, and results-oriented government. In today's digital era, digital competence, human resource information systems (HRIS), and integrity are important factors that influence employee performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of digital competence, human resource information systems (HRIS), and integrity on the performance of employees at the Badung Regency Human Resources and Development Agency (BKPSDM). This study uses a quantitative method. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to all 90 BKPSDM Badung Regency employees. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that digital competence, HRIS, and integrity have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. High digital competence enables employees to effectively utilize information technology, increasing efficiency and effectiveness. An integrated and advanced HRIS facilitates employee data management, recruitment processes, development, and more effective performance assessments. High integrity among employees ensures honesty, ethics, and responsibility in carrying out their duties, thereby improving performance. This study recommends that the government increase investment in developing employee digital competence, strengthen and expand the implementation of HRIS, and promote and instill the values of integrity in government work culture. Recommendations for employees include improving digital competence, making optimal use of HRIS, maintaining integrity and work ethics, being proactive and innovative, and communicating and collaborating with colleagues.

This research aims at describing the procedure of receiving imported goods from loading port with container loading status of Full Container Load (FCL) Terms CIF on PPJK PT Glorious Interbuana. This research also aims at exploring the problems contained in the company for future improvement. This research is a case study research using primary data resulting from interviews with management and observation in the field. We then compared the results in the field with previous research to be analyzed descriptively. The results showed that there were different procedures but not very significant. Some of the problems faced by companies in importing include the changing customs regulations and weak relationships between government ministry agencies and customs. Therefore, continuous improvement of customs is required in order to support import activities in the future.

Improving employee performance is crucial in achieving organizational effectiveness and efficiency. The Bappeda of Badung Regency plays a strategic role in regional planning and development, thus requiring optimal employee performance. This study aims to examine the influence of knowledge sharing, innovative behavior, and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Bappeda of Badung Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach, data collection using questionnaires, and multiple linear regression analysis. The research population is all employees of the Bappeda of Badung Regency, with a sample of 62 employees selected using the total sampling method. The results show that knowledge sharing, innovative behavior, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The job satisfaction variable has a dominant influence compared to other variables. This research has important implications for the Bappeda of Badung Regency in improving employee performance. The recommendations given include building an effective knowledge sharing system, cultivating innovative behavior, and increasing employee satisfaction

Relational competence, coordination, and communication are key elements in determining the effectiveness of employee performance in government agencies. This study aims to analyze the influence of relational competence, coordination, and communication on employee performance at the Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) of Badung Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research sample consists of 62 employees at BAPPEDA Badung. Data was collected through questionnaires filled out by respondents and analyzed using multiple regression analysis to identify the contribution of each independent variable to employee performance. The results of the study show that relational competence has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, where employees with good relational skills are able to build more effective working relationships, enhance teamwork, and strengthen professional networks. In addition, coordination between work units has also been proven to improve operational efficiency and minimize overlapping tasks, which ultimately has a positive impact on employee performance. Effective communication, both horizontally and vertically, also plays a role in creating a clear flow of information and reducing miscommunication, thus strengthening decision-making and task execution. This study recommends that BAPPEDA Badung enhance training programs that focus on developing relational competence, coordination, and communication to improve employee performance

A good organization is an organization that has been able to create good performance. To achieve good performance, employees who have high work capacity are needed to anticipate opportunities and challenges in an increasingly competitive business environment. Factors that can influence employee performance include compensation and work climate. The research was motivated by the fact that the targets set by the company had not been achieved, which was thought to be due to the provision of compensation that had not been maximized and that a good work climate had not been created. Based on these problems, this research aims to find out whether there is an influence of compensation and work climate on employee performance in the Dyehouse Department of PT. Coats Rejo Indonesia. both simultaneous and partial influence. The sample selection technique used purposive sampling technique, with a sample size of 57 respondents. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis methods. The research results simultaneously show that compensation and work climate have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, partial test results show that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

School effectiveness is basically the context of education implementation, which shows the expected level of performance with quality results and shows the level of compatibility between the results achieved and the expected results. This study uses a quantitative approach with the type of expost facto research. The sample of this study amounted to 100 respondents at the Darul Mustaqim NW Lenek Foundation, Lenek District, East Lombok Regency. The results of the study show that: 1) the visionary leadership of the principal affects the effectiveness of the school. 2) Teacher performance affects school effectiveness.3) School culture affects school effectiveness. 4) the visionary leadership of the principal, teacher performance and school culture affect the effectiveness of the school at Yayasan Darul Mustaqim NW Lenek. The results of data analysis based on the value of the correlation coefficient and determination for each research variable on school effectiveness were obtained 1) The visionary leadership of the principal affects the effectiveness of the school. 2) Teacher performance affects school effectiveness.3) School culture affects school effectiveness. 4) the visionary leadership of the principal, teacher performance and school culture affect the effectiveness of the school at Yayasan Darul Mustaqim NW Lenek. The results of data analysis based on the values of correlation and determination coefficients for each research variable on school effectiveness were obtained by the principal's visionary leadership determination coefficient of 0.361 and 13%, teacher performance of 0.327 and 10.7% and school culture variables of 0.334 and 11.1%. Meanwhile, the results of the determination coefficient values together were obtained at 0.471 and 22.2%.

The condition of the AC in general is below its performance, potentially causing waste of electrical energy. The purpose of this study was to identify several classrooms that have a service life of more than 5 years, check the power absorbed according to the nameplate by measuring the voltage, current, cosphi, apparent power, and active power, and calculate the results and measurements to see the comparison on the nameplate of the cooling machine. In the AC in rooms 23 and 27 with the Panasonic 1574 NC brand with an AC age of more than 5 years, the apparent power measurement value was obtained of 1,230 KVA when compared to the calculation results, this value is greater, which is only 1,208 kVA. In the active power, the measurement results obtained a value of 1.202 KW and when the calculation was carried out, the value decreased by 1.185 KW. The difference between the calculation value and the measurement value is due to the influence of electrical equipment and measuring instruments that are not properly calibrated. If a comparison is made between the calculation of the active power value and the power value on the name plate, there is a very large increase in power, namely on the AC name plate the AC power is only 0.746 KW while in the calculation of active power the value is 1.185 KW, therefore it can be said that this AC is wasting energy which will later result in soaring electricity bill costs at PLN.

The purpose of this study was to determinet discipline of using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and factors can be influence the increase in the discipline of using PPE in order to minimize work accidents for Loading and Unloading Workers (LUW) in Sampit and Bagendang Ports. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are observation and interviews. With 15 informants as a source of research data. Data analysis techniques use Miles and Huberman's theory which consists of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of interviews conducted by researchers, it can be seen that the discipline of Sampit and Bagendang Port employees is implementatively still not as expected, but in terms of some of the results obtained it still shows a pretty good indication. Where are the factors that affect discipline such as evaluating risk profiles, evaluating Occupational Health and Security (OHS) performance in the field, and evaluating the presence of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) on a regular basis to be of more concern in the future at Sampit and Bagendang Ports.

The research results include the creation of the recruitment procedures and helps promote the position through social media. In addition, a special form has been created for partners to provide feedback on potential business partners who are in the selection stage. In short, the implementation of these steps makes the recruitment and selection process of partners in the company more focused, efficient, and effective.

The presentation of news in the mass media which now raises various issues, including sensitive issues among the public, such as the issue of acts and suicide attempts, makes the application of reporting guidelines vulnerable. As an institution that oversees the conduct of all press activities in Indonesia, the Press Council releases special reporting guidelines which are used as a basis for journalists, one of which is "Guidelines for Reporting Related to Suicide Acts and Attempts". This research was carried out using a quantitative content analysis method to see how the number of applications of the 10 articles of the guideline in detik.com media related to the issue of suicide. Based on the analysis that has been carried out, implementation on Detik.com is included in the high category with a percentage of 64.72%. A total of eight articles have fulfilled the implementation of guidelines in reporting related to acts and attempts of suicide. It is hoped that the media in Indonesia will pay attention to the implementation of reporting guidelines, especially on sensitive issues, such as suicide acts and attempts.

This study investigates the impact of cash flow, company growth, profitability, leverage, and liquidity on the firm value of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) from 2018 to 2023. Data was obtained from published company annual financial reports, with a total of 66 data from 11 companies selected as samples using purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with the R Studio statistical data processing application. The research results illustrate that company growth, leverage and liquidity have no influence on company value. Then, cash flow and profitability have a positive and significant impact on company value.

Background: Objectivity is a crucial element that must be considered in various media outlets to ensure accurate, balanced, and unbiased reporting. Particularly in online media, objectivity plays a pivotal role in presenting news in a fair manner. Following a decline in attention during the Covid-19 pandemic, coverage of the national capital city (IKN) relocation and development plan has resurfaced alongside global recovery efforts. Interest in this topic surged further after debates among presidential and vice-presidential candidates during the 2024 Presidential Election. Several media outlets are now actively reporting on IKN developments due to heightened public interest. With increased public attention on the IKN plan, media also play a significant role in providing up-to-date information and facilitating in-depth discussions and analysis. Purpose: This study aims to explore the level of objectivity in Kompas.com's reporting on the Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN). Methods: The analytical method used in this study is content analysis following Krippendorff's method, applying Westerstahl's objectivity framework. Results: The results reveal that in reporting on the topic, Kompas.com has met objectivity standards, particularly in the aspects of truthfulness, relevance, and neutrality. However, there are still have flaws in the aspect of balance, where Kompas.com appears to lack presenting both sides or different perspectives in each news item.

Development can be interpreted as a planned and structured effort by a country to build a better society and is a dynamic process in achieving social welfare. Approaching the 2024 election, the introspection carried out by the government regarding the Jakarta International Stadium (JIS) has become a question from a number of public groups. Then, Minister Basuki said after the field inspection that JIS did not comply with FIFA standards. These remarks became a polemic in society and in the mass media. This research aims to determine the framing of government reporting regarding the JIS polemic on the online media Liputan6.com. The method used is qualitative research with the framing analysis model of Zhongdang Pan and Gerald M. Kosicki. This reporting will be analyzed using four structures such as syntax, script, thematic and rhetorical by looking at what is highlighted and constructed by the media.

The research results show that from 12 Liputan6.com news stories regarding the JIS polemic, journalists tried to be neutral in reporting the JIS polemic issue because in one story there were pros and cons. This can also be seen from the 12 news stories studied which resulted in three reports containing pro responses, three news stories also containing con responses, while the other six news stories contained neutral news or contained pro and con parties.

Both articles in the 1945 Constitution signify that every citizen has the right to employment to meet their living needs and sustain their lives. When an individual binds themselves to an institution or company through employment, they enter into an Employment Agreement that establishes an Employment Relationship. If this Employment Agreement ends or is terminated, it may result in Termination of Employment. This study aims to explore the regulation of Termination of Employment in the Labor Law and the Omnibus Law on Job Creation, as well as to understand the Legal Protection for Workers against Unilateral Termination of Employment by Companies. This research will utilize a qualitative juridical-normative method. The results indicate that Workers who experience unilateral Termination of Employment by companies may face economic and occupational risks. Business developments in Indonesia has affected the developments of company groups, its growing rapidly in both private companies and state-owned companies. This research examines employment relations in the transfer of workers between companies that are members of a group companies from the perspective of labour law. There are no rules that explicitly regulate the procedures for transferring workers between companies in Indonesia. To implement employee transfers between companies, employers must pay attention to the rights of the transferred workers, for this reason it is necessary to do a research about employment relations in the transfer of workers between companies that are members of group companies to find out which parties are responsible for the rights of transferred workers. This research method uses normative juridical methods and legal certainty theory, which examines employment regulations as well as secondary legal materials such as legal journals and opinions of legal scholars. The results of this research are to find limitations for employers in the form of obligations that must be fulfilled to implement employee transfers between companies, so all parties can provide legal certainty about the workers rights. The conclusion of this research is no party should be disadvantage in the transfers of workers between companies.

The research results show that the Islamic Religious Education learning strategy that is in line with the era of disruption is by utilizing digital media accompanied by the implementation of interactive and active learning methods. This research aims to determine the leadership style of school principals in creating superior schools at Maharati Vocational School, Kapuas Tengah District, Kapuas Regency, Central Kalimantan Province. This research is in the form of field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The choice of Maharati Vocational School was based on information from the local community that this school was located on a difficult to access route, but had good quality. The informants in this research are individuals involved in efforts to create superior schools, including principals, deputy principals, teachers and educational staff. Research data was obtained through interviews and supporting sources. The research results showed that the leadership style applied by the Maharati Vocational School Principal was a participative leadership style with a transformational democratic type. In creating a superior school, the Principal of Maharati Vocational School has implemented a superior school development strategy by implementing several programs. The implication is that there is a positive impact on schools where students have good character and have good preparation for graduation so they can face challenges in the world of work.

As for the writing of this scientific paper, the author uses a qualitative method with a library approach that is sourced from the works of Muhammad Abduh such as Risalah Tauhid, other sources in the form of books or articles covering Muhammad Abduh's thoughts in the field of Islamic Education. Then, the data obtained qualitatively will be reviewed and analyzed to get the conclusion. From the results of the study, the author concludes that he is an adherent of Tajdid or "Reformer" Islamic education. According to him, education is a very important tool in order to create a generation that is ready to change, both from Western influences or changes from Islamic influence itself in order to be able to answer the challenges of the times. So, from this study, the authors found that there is relevance to the current educational context which, if applied, is expected to be able to bring our nation to a life that has Islamic values.

The low interest in learning mathematics in elementary schools is a significant challenge in education, which can affect long-term academic achievement. This study aims to analyze the effect of interactive learning media in increasing students' interest in learning mathematics. The research method used is a Literature Study to systematically examine the effectiveness of the influence of interactive learning media in increasing elementary school students' interest in learning mathematics. The collection of articles sourced from Google Scholar published from 2020 to 2024. A total of 10 articles were reviewed. The results of the study show that interactive learning media, such as educational applications and digital simulations, can increase students' interest in learning by making learning more interesting and making it easier to understand concepts. However, its effectiveness is greatly influenced by the quality of the media and the skills of teachers in using it. The recommendation from this study is the importance of training for teachers to improve their competence in utilizing interactive media and developing a curriculum that supports the integration of technology in learning. The implementation of effective interactive learning media can be a solution to overcome the low interest in learning mathematics in elementary schools, thereby improving students' academic achievement.

The goal of the research is to determine the recruitment system, identify the relevant variables, players, objectives, and alternatives in developing recruitment strategies, and develop suitable alternative recruiting methods. Data gathering techniques include conducting in-depth direct interviews, organizing focus group discussions (FGD), and administering surveys. Data processing techniques include both qualitative and quantitative data analysis methods. The data processing technique used in this work is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) approach, using the Expert Choice 2000 software and Microsoft Excel 2010. The findings of the research suggest that the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is the most efficient means of recruiting for organizations, with online recruitment platforms and virtual job fairs following suit. The study aims (1) to assess the digital knowledge value of BI Department employees using indicator standards, (2) to assess employee performance using KPIs, (3) to map talent pools, and (4) to recommend employee development programs. This research focused on an Indonesian e-commerce company. This research is quantitative and qualitative. Data was analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and a talent mapping matrix. BI Department competence examination found that all Heads of BI Sub-Departments surpassed corporate criteria, while other workers met business norms. The effective attainment of business objectives using Key Performance Indicators (KPI) by a single member of the BI Department indicates the need for more improvement. An extra eleven workers exceeded expectations. Digital talent mapping for the BI Department highlighted Rising Star, Solid Performer, and Marginal Performer positions. 4. Based on the role in digital talent mapping, employee development might include competence development, objective setting, extra duties, work rotation, superior support, and aligning goals and expectations.

The poultry industry in Indonesia is related to the business sectors of poultry farming, commercial egg and broiler production, as well as rural poultry production. This increase is in line with technological developments, especially in the increasingly modern cultivation (on farm) sector, so that the production process becomes faster and more efficient. What PT Mabar Feed Indonesia needs to pay attention to so that customers can survive is to pay attention to several aspects such as service quality, product quality and sales promotions which can make customers consider their purchasing decisions. Primary and secondary data were used in this research, the majority of respondents were men with an age range of 31-45 years and had made purchases more than four times. Questionnaires were distributed to 30 samples of customers at PT Expavert Nasuba whose validity and reliability tests needed to be measured and 58 sample respondents from PT Mabar Feed Indonesia were tested using the classic assumption test, multiple linear test and hypothesis test. In this research, the sampling method used was purposive sampling with a sample of PT Mabar Feed Indonesia customers and processing using SPSS V.29. The results of data testing show that service quality has a partial influence on purchasing decisions, product quality has a partial influence on purchasing decisions, sales promotions have a partial influence on purchasing decisions and purchasing decisions are simultaneously influenced by Service Quality, Product Quality and Sales Promotion.

The purpose of the research is to observe Wound Remodeling Through the Effectiveness of Sulfur on Diabetes Mellitus Patients in the Working Area of Puskesmas Kampung Baru in 2024, where the results show that the hemostasis phase produces molecules that collide with platelets. In Phase II, inflammation increases, so wound care is done using a topical treatment, namely sulfur. In Phase III, the wound undergoes renewal, angiogenesis occurs, fibroblasts proliferate, and elastin is produced. Fibroblasts differentiate into myofibroblasts, causing wound area contraction by gripping the wound edges. The final stage is remodeling, where the wound is completely closed with the help of collagen fibers. From the hemostasis phase to the remodeling phase, the application of Sulfur therapy is crucial as it is highly effective, having strong antibacterial properties essential for tissue regeneration without toxicity. It is also a potential strategy for accelerating tissue regeneration. Additionally, sulfur recruits leukocytes to the wound surface in the early stages of regeneration, contributing to the sterilization of bacteria. By utilizing local wisdom, Sulfur offers a solution for wounds in Diabetes Mellitus patients.

Enhancing Ninth-Grade Writing Skills: Mind Mapping and Team Game Tournament Techniques for Teaching Report Texts

This study investigates the effectiveness of Mind Mapping and Team Game Tournament (TGT) techniques in enhancing the report writing skills of ninth-grade students at SMPN 7 Tangerang. The research was conducted over the first semester of the 2023/2024 academic year, involving 67 participants divided into two groups for each teaching method. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, the study combined quantitative analysis of pre-test and post-test scores with qualitative insights from semi-structured interviews to evaluate and compare the impact of each technique. Quantitative findings indicated that both methods significantly improved students' writing abilities. The Mind Mapping group's average scores increased from 65.52 to 82.91, while the TGT group's scores rose from 64.53 to 80.35. However, the difference in effectiveness between the two techniques was not statistically significant. Qualitatively, students expressed a preference for Mind Mapping for its simplicity and aid in organizing thoughts and generating ideas. Conversely, TGT was favored for its engaging and collaborative nature, enhancing learning through competitive and cooperative dynamics. The study suggests that both techniques are valuable educational tools. It recommends their continued use to cater to different learning styles, potentially in combination, to maximize student engagement and learning outcomes in writing education.

Reading is one of the ways to acquire the knowledge needed by everyone to achieve happiness in this world until the hereafter. The meaning contained in Iqra' is instructed to always study, explore, research, convey, and know about everything both in writing and unwritten. The Qur'an hints that Muslims use the potentials of psycho-psychic organs, such as the intellect, the sense of sight (eyes), and the sense of hearing (ears) to carry out activities to learn various kinds of sciences. Learning must function as the main tool, namely the intellect, because it is a human psychological potential in the form of a complex psychological system to absorb, process, store, and reproduce items of information and knowledge (cognitive domain).

This resarch was conductd to examine the relationship between credit risk, liquidity, bank capital, and profitability. In this study, the researcher used a sample from banking sector companies listed at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2018 to 2022. The sample data for this research consted of 70 samples from 14 selected companies out of a population of 46 banking companies, using a purposive sampling approach obtained from the www.idx.co.id (Indonesia Stock Exchange) website as secondary data. The research employed a quantitativ method with multiple linier regression analysis and descriptive statistical techniques. The result of the study demonstrated all independent variable simultaneously have a significant influence at bank profitability. Credit risk significantly affects profitability, while liquidity and bank capital do not have a significant impact on profitability. Profitability, measured to Return On Assets (ROA), is used to evaluate the effectiveness of management in managing the company's finances based on its ability to generate profits. The implication is if credit risk (NPL) has significant and negative impact in ROA, management needs to pay attention to maintaining the quality of its credit and take steps to salvage non-performing loans to reduce resulting losses.

The analysis tool used in this study is the full costing method where the full costing method is a method of determining the cost of production that considers all elements of production costs into the cost of production. Thus, a comparison has been made using the business method so that the results of the comparison between the business method and the full costing method in calculating the cost of production of the Nongan krupuk business are that there is a difference in the calculation.

A company's success hinges on the performance of its employees and the organization itself. Several factors affect performance, including emotional intelligence, organizational climate, and work motivation. The research was driven by the persistently low performance of hotels, as evidenced by the need to improve hotel occupancy rates and numerous complaints about the service provided by hotel employees. These issues are believed to be linked to low emotional intelligence, poor organizational climate, and insufficient employee work motivation. Consequently, this research aims to assess the influence of emotional intelligence and organizational climate on employee performance and explore how emotional intelligence and organizational climate indirectly affect performance through motivation. The sample selection technique utilized a simple random sampling method with a sample size of 100 respondents. The analysis technique employed the path analysis method. The research findings indicate that emotional intelligence, motivation, and organizational climate have an impact on motivation. Emotional intelligence, organizational climate, and motivation directly influence employee performance. Motivation serves as a mediator between emotional intelligence and employee performance. Additionally, motivational variables act as mediators between organizational climate and employee performance.

Imam Al-Ghazali is a classic figure in Islam who has made a very big contribution to Islam. He went through a long spiritual journey so that he pursued the teachings of Sufism as his way of life. His very big contribution was to revive awareness of religious sciences in his time as evidenced by his very famous work, namely Ihya Ulum ad-Din (reviving religious sciences). The purpose of this study is to examine the relevance of Imam Al-Ghazali's thoughts on the method of faith and moral education with current Islamic education. This article is a literature study with a historical philosophical approach with a content analysis method . analysis ). This study examines the relevance of Imam Al-Ghazali's thoughts on the method of faith and moral education. The conclusion of the research results shows that Imam Al-Ghazali's thoughts on faith and moral education are still relevant to current conditions that still lack serious attention to strengthening faith and instilling morals from an early age.

Farmer groups in Jelantik Village, Central Lombok Regency are generally hampered in carrying out farmer group organizations which can have an impact on farming activities, thereby affecting the level of development of existing groups which do not run well, including the Beriuk Girang farmer group in Dangah Hamlet, Jelantik Village. . This research aims to determine the development strategy of the Beriuk Girang farmer group. The method used is the descriptive analysis method and SWOT analysis by creating IFAS and EFAS matrices. Based on the SWOT analysis, it was found that the strategy used was located in the SO quadrant at 2.64 and 2.53, namely in the aggressive strategy position. There is a need for a clear division of tasks in the management of farmer groups as well as training for farmer group administrators so that they can carry out their main tasks and functions well. The strategy used is Aggressive, namely using existing strengths by taking advantage of opportunities as big as possible. Farmer groups have good abilities in making good administration so that this can be a strength in taking advantage of opportunities to obtain government and take advantage of opportunities in the form of government support and policies in institutional development. and it is hoped that with various forms of support, farmer groups can grow and develop well. It is recommended that farmer groups create routine activities within the farmer group so that members can get used to being actively involved in the farmer group

Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pada Pegawai

ABSTRACT

In this study, it has an urgency regarding increasing employee productivity, from this it can understand that the organizational climate can help identify factors that affect job satisfaction in employees. the hypotheses proposed in this study are: (H1) It is suspected that Organizational Climate has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction in KALTIM DISPORA Employees. (H0) It is suspected that Organizational Climate has no effect on Job Satisfaction in KALTIM DISPORA Employees. The research method used is a quantitative approach which aims to test the validity of a theory. The results found are that Organizational Climate affects Job Satisfaction in KALTIM DISPORA Employees. It is concluded that the better the organizational climate is applied, the higher the level of employee job satisfaction. This is reflected in the R Square value of 0.816, which means that the work climate affects job satisfaction by 81.6%. The remaining 18.4% of job satisfaction is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study.

Pada penelitian ini memiliki urgensi mengenai meningkatkan produktivitas pegawai, dari hal ini bisa memahami bahwa iklim organisasi dapat membantu mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja pada pegawai. hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah: (H1) Diduga Iklim Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pada Pegawai DISPORA KALTIM. (H0) Diduga Iklim Organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pada Pegawai DISPORA KALTIM. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menguji validitas suatu teori. Hasil yang ditemukan adalah Iklim Organisasi memengaruhi Kepuasan Kerja pada Pegawai DISPORA KALTIM. Disimpulkan bahwa semakin baik iklim organisasi yang diterapkan, semakin tinggi pula tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan. Hal ini tercermin dari nilai R Square sebesar 0,816, yang berarti iklim kerja mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja sebesar 81,6%. Sisa 18,4% kepuasan kerja dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.

Nowadays, batik has increasingly developed both technically, in terms of processes, variations and materials. Batik, which is known in Indonesia and recognized by UNESCO, is the process of making batik using hot wax. around 2013 another medium for batik was discovered, namely cold wax or gutta tamarind. This media functions the same as hot wax, namely as a color barrier. Made from natural ingredients and environmentally friendly. Gutta tamarind is made from tamarind seeds and a mixture of butter. The process of making cold wax batik is a simpler process and takes less time than hot wax batik. This Community Service Program in Bendungan Hillir District Jakarta Pusat aims to introduce mothers and teenagers to the process of making batik using cold wax. It is hoped that this PkM program can help develop the batik process using new media to enrich the repertoire of batik in Indonesia. The process of implementing this PkM uses a direct mentoring method, which is carried out by instructors consisting of lecturers and students within FSRD Trisakti. It is hoped that this service program can add new insight to the wider community regarding media and the new, simpler batik process with good results.

Planning and controlling construction projects to get project performance according to plan is very important to do, especially related to cost, quality and time. To get these results, a good and appropriate control method is needed. The most common and commonly used methods are the Conventional Cost Management Method and the Earned Value Method where the two methods have the same goal, namely to control the performance of a good, effective and efficient project. However, in its application it is different, where the conventional cost management method uses two cost indicators, namely planned costs and realization costs and focuses on controlling time performance, while the result value method uses three cost indicators, namely planned costs (BCWS), realized costs (BCWP) and actual costs from accounting (ACWP) which include cost and time performance control. Calculations and analyses were carried out in week 7 and week 16. The results of the analysis of the two methods in the 7th week of project performance show progress (schedule underrun) with costs incurred greater than planned (cost overrun) in week 16 experiencing delays (schedule overrun) with costs incurred greater than planned (cost overrun).

This study focuses on the problem of Agreements Under the Hand in Buying and Selling Transactions in Makassar City and the factors that affect the creation of agreements under the hand in various agreements in Makassar City, South Sulawesi Province. The type of research is empirical legal research (nondoctrinal), which is research that observes social phenomena in society, which in this case is the problem of Agreements Under the Hand in Buying and Selling Transactions in the City of Makassar. In addition, it also examines the factors that affect the occurrence of Agreements Under Hand in Land and Building Purchase and Sale Transactions in Makassar City, South Sulawesi Province. The influencing factors are legal awareness factors, economic factors and cultural factors. The results of the study are that the quantity of Agreements Under Hand in Buying and Selling Transactions in Makassar City is still very high and the influencing factors are cultural factors, legal knowledge of the community, economy and factors of interest in the object. The research output is 1) Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), 2) Civil Law Selector Textbooks and Introduction to Treaty Law.
