PENGGUNAAN PERANGKAP LARVA AEDES MENGGUNAKAN KASA SCREENING SEBAGAI PENGENDALIAN JENTIK AEDES DI DESA PONCOSARI, KECAMATAN SRANDAKAN KABUPATEN BANTUL, YOGYAKARTA

The high number of dengue fever cases still requires attention to continue efforts to reduce them. The percentage of mosquito-free areas in Poncosari Village is 88%, which is still below the national target of 95% for freedom from the possibility of transmission. One of the efforts that need to be implemented to reduce the presence of disease vectors is the use of Aedes larvitrap traps with screening mesh as a control for Aedes larvae. The aim is to implement the research findings on 'Aedes Larva Traps using water screening mesh and to determine the effectiveness of breeding sites with screening mesh on the number of Aedes larvae obtained. The method used is training. (Pembuatan formulasi air media, pembuatan dan pemasangan kassa screening pada konteiner, pelatihan pengamatan jentik). The results of the observation of container larvae inside the house showed that the presence of larvae was only found starting from the fourth observation, whereas the results of the observation of container larvae outside the house showed that the presence of larvae was found starting from the first observation. The number of larvae found in containers using well water media was higher compared to containers using formulated media. Containers with screening mesh can be made and utilized by the community as an alternative control method as larvitrap against Aedes (DBD vector). Containers with screening mesh using well water can serve as larvitrap from the first observation to the eighth observation.

PENCEGAHAN KARIES GIGI MOLAR PERTAMA PERMANENT MELALUI PENAMBALAN FISSURE SEALENT

Background: The first molar is the first tooth to erupt in the permanent dentition, making it highly susceptible to caries. Prevention of dental caries around the occlusal surface of the pit and fissure parts of the teeth by applying fissure sealant. Fissure sealants work to prevent the surface of permanent teeth from being affected by tooth decay in children. The purpose of the community service activities is to prevent caries in permanent first molar teeth by applying fissure sealant. Execution method: The community service is carried out by providing individual counseling according to the condition of the child's teeth and performing fissure sealant procedures on permanent first molar teeth. Results and Discussion: Data on the results of examinations of permanent first molars in grades I-VI were obtained through objective examinations. In 105 samples, there were 185 healthy permanent first molar teeth and 103 teeth with caries from SDN Tulun students. Meanwhile, those with deep fissures were treated with fissure sealants on 53 teeth, both male and female students. Conclusion: After providing information to the child, fissure sealant can be applied to the teeth and the evaluation results show that the fissure sealant is in good condition without any complaints from the child.

GERAKAN HIDUP BERSIH DAN SEHAT DENGAN UPAYA PREVENTIF MELALUI EDUKASI PEMERIKSAAN LABORATORIUM

Pemerintan melalui Gerakan Masyarakat hidup Sehat (GERMAS) wajib dilaksanakan oleh suatu lembaga Perguruan Tinggi termasuk Poltekkes Kemenkes Yogyakarta. Dukungan ini diwujudkan dalam bentuk PkM yang melibatkan civitas akademika termasuk dosen dan mahasiswa. Penyuluhan kesehatan diberikan dengan harapan masyarakat mampu memelihara kesehatan baik individu maupun untuk masyarakat di lingkungannya. Pemeriksaan laboratorium seperti kadar gula darah, dilakukan untuk peningkatan status kesehatan masyarakat. Bahan kontak berupa alat bantu poster dinding berupa pendidikan/promosi kesehatan dapat digunakan sebagai media penyuluhan kesehatan yang bersifat permanen dan berkesinambungan. Masyarakat Kragilan RT02, Sidoluhur, Godean, Sleman, Yogyakarta mengalami bebrapa kasus penyakit gangguan fungsi ginjal masuk kelompok penyakit degeneratif dan tidak menular, cenderung meningkat dan sangat mengancam sejak usia muda. Penyakit degenaratif meliputi hipertensi, diabetes melitus, gout (asam urat tinggi), stroke, jantung koroner dan Penyakit Paru Obstruktif Kronik (PPOK). Pelaksanaan Pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan pre-test mengenai pengetahuan tentang penyakit gangguan fungsi ginjal, dilakukan kegiatan penyuluhan tentang penyakit gangguan fungsi ginjal, dilakukan post-test dan dilakukan pemeriksaan laboratorium. Diperoleh data jumlah laki-laki sebanyak 19 orang (47,5%) dengan kadar glukosa tertinggi 327 mg/dl dan terendah 56 mg/dl, kadar asam urat tertinggi adalah 12,4 mg/dl dan terendah 3,8 mg/dl kemudian kadar kolestrol tertinggi adalah 217 mg/dl dan terendah 145 mg/dl. Sedangkan data perempuan yang berjumlah 21 orang (52,5%) dengan kadar glukosa tertinggi 228 mg/dl dan terendah 79 mg/dl, kadar asam urat tertinggi adalah 7,0 mg/dl dan terendah 3,0 mg/dl kemudian kadar kolestrol tertinggi adalah 237 mg/dl dan terendah 153 mg/dl.

INOVASI PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN PADA WIRAUSAHA BATIK TAPAK DORO KOTA SEMARANG

Tujuan penyuluhan ini adalah untuk mendorong peningkatan kapasitas bagi UMKM di Kota Semarang. Agar UMKM semakin baik, diperlukan pengelolaan keuangan dengan baik. Secara lebih luas pengelolaan keuangan meliputi semua kegiatan perusahaan yang berhubungan dengan usaha mendapatkan dana yang dibutuhkan, beserta usaha untuk menggunakan dana tersebut secara efesien. Perusahaan harus berusaha untuk mendapatkan dana dengan biaya yang rendah dan menggunakan dana tersebut pada kegiatan kegiatan usaha yang akan meningkatkan pendapatan dan laba dimasa akan datang. Perusahaan agar dapat melakukan pengelolaan keuangan dengan baik perlu Inovasi Keuangan Digital (IKD) menjadi bukti bahwa perkembangan teknologi di sektor finansial Indonesia kian meningkat. Pesatnya perkembangan ini bisa ditunjukkan dengan banyaknya penyelenggara IKD yang diakui oleh Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) melalui Grup Inovasi Keuangan Digital (GIKD).

PELATIHAN PENINGKATAN MINAT LITERASI SISWA PADA GURU SEKOLAH DASAR

Fostering an interest in literacy from an early age, we can help students become more independent and confident learners. The Community Partnership Program (PKM) for elementary school teachers is carried out in the form of training activities to increase students' interest in literacy in elementary school teachers. The purpose of this training activity is to provide knowledge and understanding for school teachers so that it can help schools in improving teachers' ability in the implementation of learning to increase student literacy. This training activity uses lectures, questions and answers, and discussions. The training participants were elementary school teachers totaling 25 people. The results of the training showed that before the training, the teachers' understanding of the category was not good about the methods and strategies used in increasing students' interest in literacy, and after the training, the teachers had understood with the understanding category, it was hoped that teachers could improve the literacy of these students in their respective schools. After the training, elementary school teachers can understand and understand the material given in this activity, because this material is equipped with exercises on the methods and strategies that will be used, so that the teacher's obstacles in increasing students' interest in literacy at school can be solved properly.

LATIHAN PEREGANGAN BAGI LANSIA

Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh para lansia, khususnya di Gereja Masehi Injili di Timor (GMIT) Getsemani Babau, Klasis Kupang Timur, telah menimbulkan persoalan yang besar dalam meningkatkan kesehatan dan kesejahteraan mereka. Namun, jadwal program di lokasi tersebut tidak dirancang secara optimal untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat. Solusi yang ditawarkan oleh Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan tentang pentingnya kesehatan, dengan fokus pada latihan peregangan untuk para lansia, maka hal ini berdampak pada peningkatan kualitas hidup, baik fisik maupun mental sehingga tidak terjadi penurunan aktivitas fisik lansia. Dampak dari tidak adanya latihan gerak peregangan yang diberikan dinas terkait maka terdapat lansia yang tidak merasakan bahwa latihan peregangan dapat meningkatkan tingkat kesehatan yang tinggi bagi aktifitas lansia yang ada. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya keluhan-keluhan yang berkaitan dengan aspek daya tahan tubuh pada lansia tidak optimal. Lansia dapat kehilangan massa otot jika tidak melakukan latihan gerak peregangan secara teratur. Penurunan kemampuan fisik terutama dalam hal gerak peregangan seperti yang dijelaskan sebelumnya, secara signifikan meningkatkan risiko komplikasi kesehatan pada lansia. Gerak peregangan otot dapat menyebabkan potensi menurunnya kemampuan gerak fisik lansia, struk adalah salah satu penyakit yang rentan akan individu lansia serta berbagai kompilkasi penyakit yang mengancam kalangan lansia di Jemaat Getsemani Babau

LOKAKARYA PENGENALAN EKSTRAKSI MINYAK YLANG YLANG UNTUK BAHAN ADITIF HIDROGEL AROMATERAPI DI SMAN 1 KAPUAS

This workshop presents a preliminary exploration of the extraction of ylang-ylang (Cananga odorata) oil at SMAN 1 Kapuas using the infusion method, a simple approach that utilizes olive oil as a carrier. This method allows students to extract essential oils safely and cost-effectively in a classroom environment, fostering curiosity and engagement. The results showed that the infusion process successfully transferred the floral aroma and subtle yellow hue of the ylang-ylang flower to olive oil, although the yield and intensity of the aroma were milder than more complex extraction methods. The enthusiastic responses of students highlighted the educational value of the hands-on scientific activity, underscoring the potential of traditional extraction techniques to introduce basic chemistry and natural product science to young learners.

PEMBEKALAN DALAM BIMBINGAN PRANIKAH CALON PENGANTIN DI KANTOR URUSAN AGAMA KECAMATAN PAHANDUT UNTUK MEWUJUDKAN KELUARGA SAMARATA

Service activities to the Palace Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) Pahandut District through the program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) Debriefing in premarital guidance for prospective brides is important in creating a harmonious and Sakinah Mawaddah Warahmah dan Takwa (SAMARATA). Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) Pahandut District has a strategic role in providing briefings to prospective brides before entering the marriage stage. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide debriefing in premarital guidance for prospective brides in KUA Pahandut District in realizing family SAMARATA. The methods used in this activity are lectures, discussions, questions and answers, visualization and mentoring. The participants of the activity were prospective brides who were going to get married in the Pahandut District area. The material provided includes family financial management, effective communication, conflict resolution, and the roles and responsibilities of husband and wife in building a family SAMARATA. The results of this service activity show that the bride-to-be has a better understanding related to independence in managing the household. They are able to draw up a simple financial plan, understand the importance of open communication, and know how to resolve conflicts constructively. In addition, brides-to-be also have a higher awareness of their respective roles and responsibilities in building a family that is SAMARATA. The conclusion of this activity is the debriefing in premarital guidance for prospective brides in KUA Pahandut District is effective in increasing the independence of prospective brides and encouraging the realization of families SAMARATA. The recommendation given is the need for the sustainability of similar programs in Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) and other increased participation in supporting this program.
